convenient location, minor drawbacks
helpful staff ample selection perfect location
the staff displayed really good helpfulness (chantelle and michael deserve special recognition). the complimentary breakfast offered a plentiful selection. i particularly enjoyed the waffles and pancakes. the location proved perfect, especially its proximity to the metro.

slow elevator street sounds
The staff was helpful with directions.
The elevator was slow. I waited a long time. The room felt cramped for what I paid. It was also noisy at night. Street sounds kept me awake.

The staff greeted us warmly each day. The location is very convenient to theaters. The room cleaning was excellent.. i appreciated the attention to detail. The staff went out of their way to help when i needed something.
The breakfast area felt a bit small. There was not much space to sit and eat. The elevator was slow sometimes, and i experienced delays. My room lacked a desk, so it was not easy to work there.
